The New York City Deferred Compensation Plan & NYCE IRA (the “Plan”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Legal Services for the City of New York Deferred Compensation Plan. The Request for Proposals (“RFP”) will be available beginning on Thursday, April 13, 2023. Responses are due no later than 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, May 4, 2023. Consistent with the policies expressed by the City, proposals from certified minority-owned and/or women-owned businesses or proposals that include partnering arrangements with certified minority-owned and/or women-owned firms are encouraged. Socially Responsible Investments

The California Department of Human Resources solicits bids from qualified firms in the Socially Responsible Investments (SRI) (actively managed) category.

The investment awarded through this RFP process will be used to replace investments in the current SRI Fund in the Savings Plus Programʼs 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan and 401(k) Thrift Plan.
